The DS6 is a stationary deduster designed for the continuous extraction of fine airborne dust directly at the process source. Large filter surfaces and automatic cleaning ensure consistent performance during continuous operation. It can be configured for dust classes M or H as well as ATEX zones. Ideal for applications where dust control, safety, and stable production processes are critical.

Airborne dust under permanent control
Airborne dust is generated right in the middle of the process—during cutting, grinding, conveying, or transferring. It remains in the air for a long time, is inhaled, and spreads far beyond the actual source. This is exactly where the DS6 comes in.
The DS6 captures fine dust directly at the source and prevents it from spreading throughout the room or being stirred up again. This keeps the air clean, exposure low, and the process stable—even during continuous operation.
Dust extraction thus becomes not a downstream measure, but an integral part of the work process. For applications where health protection, process reliability, and consistent air quality are not optional, but essential.

To ensure that airborne dust remains under control at all times, filter performance must remain consistent—regardless of dust volume, particle size, or operating duration. The DS6 is designed precisely for this purpose.
Depending on the design variant, it operates with bag or cartridge filters of dust class M or H. In the cartridge filter version, differentialpressure-controlled compressed air cleaning ensures that the filters are automatically cleaned during operation. Suction power remains constant, downtime is avoided, and filter service life is extended.
The result: consistent separation performance in continuous operation, without manual intervention and without loss of performance—even under high dust loads or in continuous processes.
