The integrated Longopac® system seals the material being extracted directly inside the hose—right where it is generated. The fill volume is defined, the hose is tied off and routed away without opening the system, without downtime, and without exposure. This makes disposal part of the process—not a risk. No transfer. The R24’s housing is made of glass-fiber-reinforced plastic (GFRP). It is dimensionally stable, vacuum-resistant, and corrosion-free—while also being significantly lighter than comparable metal constructions. Thanks to its continuous conductivity, electrostatic charges are reliably dissipated. This enhances safety during daily operation and allows for use even in dust-sensitive environments.
Filtration tailored to dust.
The R24 uses high-quality pocket filters designed for continuous industrial use. Depending on the application, filters of dust class M or H are available. The filter area is dimensioned to ensure long service life even with fine or hazardous dusts—while maintaining a constant airflow and requiring minimal maintenance. The filter technology has a modular design and can be adapted to new requirements without replacing the unit.
Waste disposal as a closed-loop process.
The R24’s integrated waste disposal system is designed for continuous, clean operation.
