The R10 is a compact industrial vacuum designed for chips and liquids in smaller machining processes. It reliably separates fluids, ensuring clean coolants and proper disposal. Its lightweight, robust fiberglass-reinforced plastic housing and optional pump enable flexible use. Ideal for machine areas with manageable volumes and straightforward processes.
Not every application requires maximum performance. But every application needs the right solution. The R10 follows this principle exactly: It can be tailored precisely to actual needs—with or without an integrated pump.
In the basic version, the R10 collects chips and liquids neatly separated in the container. This is ideal for applications with smaller volumes and low liquid content. Where liquid accumulates more frequently or emptying intervals need to be shortened, the optional pump effectively complements the process: Liquid can be drained during suction without interrupting the operation.
This keeps the system straightforward, manageable, and cost-effective. No unnecessary complexity, no investment in features that aren’t used in daily operations. And if requirements change, the R10 can be tailored to meet them—without deviating from the core concept.
