In a microbrewery, our explosion-proof industrial vacuum ensures clean air—right at the shaking sieve, where malt dust is generated during milling. Fully automatic. Space-saving installation. And versatile: With a single motion, the stationary extraction system transforms into a mobile vacuum for cleaning floors and machinery. For greater safety, hygiene—and more space for what really matters.

A powerful industrial vacuum reliably collects metal dust, whether from the floor or directly at the machine. A variety of brushes and nozzles ensure maximum flexibility. The accessories and hose are always within easy reach, and the wheeled dust bin makes emptying a breeze. For clean results—in every corner of the workshop.

Frequent color changes, large amounts of residual powder—no problem. A mobile vacuum system collects excess powder coating directly from the production line and the floor. The collected material passes through M and H class filters and falls by gravity into a big bag—cleanly separated, ready for recycling. Despite its compact design, the chassis provides space for large big bags and separate drive and silo units. For smooth processes—paint change after paint change.

When manually cutting and soldering SMD circuit boards, an industrial vacuum integrated into the process provides reliable protection against particles, fumes, and harmful substances—right at the cutting station. Designed for continuous operation, easy to maintain, and quiet at 62 dBA. This keeps the air clean.

Large storage areas require endurance—and freedom of movement. Where corded vacuums reach their limits, a solution powered by a forklift battery provides up to 7 hours of uninterrupted, hands-free operation. The vacuum is mounted directly on the customer’s rack and connected to the existing battery. For maximum flexibility—no power outlet required.

The R01 D makes no compromises. Powered by a high-performance 48-volt lithium-ion battery, it operates for up to 120 minutes—cordless, durable, and safe. Vacuum non-foaming liquid media into a pre-separator drum. A float closes the suction connection and prevents overflow. The drums are available in various materials and sizes from 35 to 200 litres and are also suitable for dry media.
