DS3
Performance. Safety. Endurance.
Designed for fine, non-cohesive dust: consistent filtration, automatic cleaning, and reliable dust removal during continuous operation.

The DS3 is a compact deduster designed for the continuous extraction of fine dust directly at production machines. Cartridge filters with automatic compressed-air cleaning ensure consistent performance during continuous operation. Modularly configurable, including for dust class H and ATEX zone 22. Designed for process-integrated extraction in confined spaces with high safety requirements.

Dust removal during operation.
The DS3 is designed for processes in which dust is generated continuously and cannot simply be “vacuumed up.” Large-capacity cartridge filters with automatic compressed-air cleaning during operation keep the filter surface clear at all times—without any loss of performance or downtime.
This keeps suction performance stable, even with fine, non-coagulating dusts that quickly push conventional systems to their limits.
Unlike mobile vacuums or dedicated cleaning devices, the DS3 operates as an integral part of the process: it is part of the system, not just an add-on. Dust is captured before it spreads, settles, or is stirred up again.
The result:
• Consistent air quality
• Stable processes during continuous operation
• Reduced maintenance requirements
• Predictable operational reliability
A deduster that doesn’t react—but works preventively.
Automatic filter cleaning during operation:Consistent performance without interrupting production
For fine, non-settling dust:Suitable for continuous dust emissions
Integrated into the process rather than downstream:Dust removal right where the dust is generated

In production areas where every inch counts, the R03 delivers maximum performance in a minimal footprint. Its compact footprint allows for flexible integration next to machines, in tight maintenance zones, or within structured process layouts—without compromising on filtration, safety, or uptime. With a robust steel construction, cartridge filter technology, and continuous-run capability, the R03 delivers performance exactly where other systems won’t fit. A deduster that saves space—but not on performance.

- Easy integration, even in tight spaces
Constant full power
- Cartridge filter with a large surface area, automatic cleaning
Consistent throughout the process
- Suitable for continuous operation, rugged, and ATEX-compliant

Thinking ahead.
At Ruwac, it all starts with a simple question: What do you really need?
Whether it’s a standard model, a modular design, or a custom-built system—we don’t build for the average, but for specific applications. For your processes. Your requirements. Your safety. We make what’s technically feasible a reality. And what doesn’t exist yet, we develop—together with you.
Because when it comes to industrial extraction, we never settle for standard solutions. Only for the best solution.
Strong in the details.
RUWAC dedusters aren’t just made of high-quality components—they’re built on well-thought-out solutions. From the housing to the filter technology, every detail is designed for durability, safety, and efficiency. For everyone who relies on reliable technology every day.
Carefree and comfortable

The large filter cartridge surface area ensures along service life and stable processes, even when handling fine dust. The automatic compressed-air cleaning system cleans the filter during operation without interrupting work. This keeps performance consistent—day after day, shift after shift.
Modern technology. Modern look.

The attractive sheet steel enclosure is sturdy, easy to clean, and optionally ESD-compliant. It protects components, reduces noise, and blends seamlessly into modern production environments.
Disposed of properly. Handled safely.

The integrated vacuum holder securely holds the plastic bag in place in the collection area. This ensures that the collected material stays where it belongs—without slipping or causing dust to escape. Bag changes are carried out in a controlled and low-dust manner, even when handling fine or hazardous dusts. For clean processes and safe handling during daily operations.
Quality control that makes all the difference.

An optional flow monitoring system continuously monitors the airflow within the system. Changes caused by increasing filter loading or process fluctuations are detected early on. This ensures that filtration remains effective, cleaning is targeted—and operation remains consistently stable. This is particularly important when dealing with fine, non-cohesive dusts and during continuous operation.

Maintenance that goes the extra mile.
Industrial vacuum cleaners have to work—all the time. With over 20 service technicians throughout Germany, we’re there when you need us. In person. Quickly. Right on site.
Our experts are highly qualified and know your machine inside and out. They typically carry replacement and wear parts, as well as all necessary tools, right in their vehicles. This allows many problems to be solved immediately—without any waiting time.
Ruwac Service keeps your production running, protects the value of your investment, and extends the service life of your equipment. And with predictable maintenance costs, you retain full control at all times.
Protects what matters. Without compromise.
What sets RUWAC apart is that we take responsibility. For people, processes, the environment—and for the moment when it really counts. Our equipment is designed for maximum safety. And so are we. From explosion protection to health and sustainability to fast on-site service: at RUWAC, safety means you can rely on everything. And on everyone.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
The DS3 is ideal for fine, non-settling dust in industrial production environments—such as in the pharmaceutical, food, packaging, plastics processing, or surface treatment industries.
Yes. The drive and blower are designed for 24/7 operation, including automatic filter cleaning, which keeps the process running smoothly without downtime.
The DS3 is available in an ATEX-compliant version for zone 22 and is therefore suitable for combustible dusts—with optional H-class filters and activated carbon modules for critical applications.
With its compact footprint of 730 x 990 mm, the DS3 can be integrated directly into machines, maintenance aisles, or existing production lines—without the need for modifications or additional infrastructure.
Yes. Thanks to its modular design and modular filter layers, the DS3 can be adapted to different types of dust, higher protection requirements, or special applications—without having to purchase a new unit.
