Bentheimer-Holz GmbH in Bad Bentheim processes wood from its own forestry operation for sale as firewood, pellets and woodchips. In addition, the company constructs biomass heating systems for customers and operates them on contract, including service and fuel delivery. Customers only pay for the heat they use based on their actual needs.

Problem

Services performed by Bentheimer-Holz as a contractor include regular disposal of the ashes produced as combustion residue. These are conveyed into an ash container via a removal system. The company was looking for an alternative for exchanging the ash containers.

Solution
